Alex Worrall

Alex Worrall.  British. Qualified Accountant and senior industrial Director for 30 years.  Career with Ford at European Headquarters, ICI in mergers and acquisitions and for 20 years as Finance Director of Tallent Engineering.  In 2003 appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Thyssen Krupp UK plc, responsible for 52 subsidiaries, turnover of £1.6 billion and 8,000 employees.   Founder Director and shareholder then Finance Director of D1 Oils biodiesel company, leading stock market listing in 2005.  In 2006 he was appointed Chairman of Helius Energy, UK developer of biomass power stations.  Led Helius' successful London stock-market listing, fund-raising and major project partnership with RWE of Germany.  Leader in renewable, clean energy and the development of the biomass power station industry in Europe.
