Green Power Panay Ground Breaking Ceremony
The groundbreaking ceremony for Green Power Panay Philippines Inc. ("GPPPI") biomass power plant took place today the 2nd May 2009. The GPPPI power plant is to be built on land acquired by the company in Mina, Panay, Philippines.
